Experience Organization Practice™ (EOP) is a powerful orientation for people to access optimal-states-of-being and take their professional
abilities to the next level. EOP puts the practitioner directly in touch with the foundational elements of human existence and agency.
Experience Organization Practice situates the practitioner in the center of lived experience. For there is nothing more fundamental to
human existence than what we experience at home and in the workplace, day-to-day, moment-to-moment.
By starting out from the very center of the human existence, the Experience Organization Practitioner is able to recognize and leverage the
essential building blocks of lived experience. The EOP Practitioner is able to become conscious of how their experience is arising
and where their experience may be taking them. Through their training & practice, the E.O. practitioner learns to allow their experience
to unfold spontaneously or to consciously shape their experience toward specific states and goals. This leads the E.O. Practitioner to a
significant level of self-mastery, a deep understanding of humanity, and an acute awareness of the people and environment around them.
Experience Organization Practice (EOP) is based on an integration of an existential-panpsychism and
experiential-constructivism, which emphasizes the individual's ability to make choices in the context of a
fundamental layer of consciousness. EOP works to identify the live moment-to-moment "Organizations of
Experience" that occurs within their consciousness (and others) as they face their lived experience in real time.
Experience Organization Practice (EOP) is a consciousness-based model emphasizing that human experience largely meta-experiential,
visionary, and constructive. This allows the practitioner to be acutely aware of the here and now as well as highly alert to what is
being organized in the unfolding future-present. Experience Organization Practice is centered in the magic moments when the present
and the future become organized into the current reality of our lived experience. It is highly effective practice for those seeking
to have a greater sense of choice in their own internal states and would like be able to consciously lead themselves and others in
constructing healthier more effective life paths and innovative organizations.
